If I know the way home .. . .. . .. . ..

If I know the way home and am walking along it drunkenly, is it any less the right way because I am staggering from side to side?
Leo Tolstoy

This is my way home! Past the containers, under the Clifton Cliffs, along a road that has been severely narrowed, because of all the room that the concrete-filled containers now occupy, with space taken up for walkers on the sea side/left side. Cyclists ride along here too, in the road lanes, because there's nowhere else for them to go. We're told that the containers will stay for a minimum of 5 years, and hopefully they will protect us from further rock fall, should the cliffs collapse further. There are houses up above, hanging over the edge.

Why? - because of the earthquakes. Because of the collapse of the cliffs.

It's still the way home, even though we are challenged continually with the conditions.
