Waiting to be discharged….

and waiting and waiting. “She can go after breakfast”they said. Obviously the staff were so stretched it was 2.30 p.m before her cannula was removed and we were free to go, drugs in hand. Not complaining in the slightest, they have been wonderful.
Passed the time by playing cards. Just so happy she’s safe and on the mend.
