The bridge

I had to go to Lexington today so decided to go by Gibson Pond Park to get a photo to post. This pond dam was destroyed by the flood in 2015 but last year the park finally reopened with a new dam and a bridge connecting each side of the pond. A picnic area and fishing with a short walking trail is what is available. No playground for kids which is sad since they spent so much money to rebuild. A nice park for just sitting and watching the water.
