The Dingle

I just adore the Dingle at this time of year. We have just had The Shrewsbury Flower Show and the park’s gardeners make a massive effort to make sure that the Dingle looks its best. Every year, approx 20,000 plants are grown in the greenhouses, before being planted out in the Dingle. The lawn edges are clipped, the fountain is turned on, and all in all it is a perfect display of municipal gardening.
