Disguise

I had found fossils in a couple of rocks along the shore and was continuing to search for more when I came across this specimen. I had to look twice though before making out what it was because it blended into its surroundings so well.

I thought from its tail it would be some kind of scorpion dragonfly, but I couldn't find any reference to it along those lines. Adding contrast and toning down the white rock helped to make it more clearly visible.

Edit: changed title from Camouflage because I had already used it.
