Well, what an exciting day!! A beautiful daughter born to a very very special friend, I am beyond delighted for her and all the family! I had her on my heart and in my mind all day, which meant I wasn't the most effective at getting through my to-do list well! But it's 1am and I think we're just about ready for our UK trip. The day was pretty full on in the end and at 6pm the team arrived for the weekly dinner and discussion. Sad to think that by the time we're home again many of them will have finished their stint of volunteering here...

Today I'm grateful for;
1) The arrival of Eden.
2) WhatsApp.
3) The kids finally being asleep - the excitement has been intense!
