Train Spotting

In the Severn Valley Country Park.  We ate our sandwiches and a couple of those fat and juicy plums on a picnic table in the park before descending down to the River, over the bridge and on to the platform of the Country Park Halt eagerly awaiting sight of No 70 Elizabeth II Jubilee steam locomotive engine, with its distinctive blue and purple colours.  We saw three other trains, 1 steam and 2 diesel before the majestic engine came into view, she is magnificent along with the rest of the carriages.  Very annoyed I wasn't in the right position to get a good photo.

Then the hike back up to the car park, whilst catching my breath I saw a couple of bushes full of Sloes.  I feel we've had some good exercise today!

Now off to prep dinner for us and A, our caravan site host.
