I set myself a challenge to have completed 50 different parkrun events by the end of the year (around 1 per month)

I put myself back on track by doing number 46 today and have dates pencilled in for September and October.

It was a trip with Mr RIU today who is happy to spectate but doesn't really get parkrun. I wish he would volunteer but so far he can't be tempted.
