Moved out !

These sunflowers were given to us by a friend more than a week ago and were starting to look a bit ragged so last night when we had visitors they were moved to the patio table . 
Today they are still looking cheerful in the sunshine ! 

Our neighbours’ apple tree is going to give us a good crop again this year after 2 years ago producing an amazing crop and last year virtually none. Recently during the dry weather it dropped off dozens of small apples - I thought that was nature being very clever.
