Lunch taken on the hoof

or, more accurately, on 4 hooves. Visit to Daughter E and S i L today. The horses are in the barn during the day and at lunch time are fed hay in string bags which they expertly extricate. They graze in the fields at night when there are no flies about and, apparently there is less sugar in the grass. This is Lily who wanted to check I had no treats for her, before continuing with the hay.
