According to our son, ferry cancellations are becoming quite common in the Pacific Northwest. The sign says weather, but he thinks it is more likely a lack of workers that cause service interruptions. These cars are getting a refund for their passage from Port Townsend to Coupeville. The people on the left side are trying to figure out what they are going to do now they have to spend another night in a town with no available hotel rooms.
