Sheffield's Park Hill Estate

The stunning Brutalism of this 1957 housing development looks truly beautiful in the evening sunshine. It's currently undergoing regeneration work and will be all made into modern flats soon by the look of it.

I'm up this way shooting a music video with musician and friend Shane Gilliver. We were looking for images of Sheffield for particular time lapse sequence.

While we were there was lots of activity in the form of crew buses, catering vehicles, generators accommodation all to support the making of, what appears to be, a very big film. Security was tight, they'd fenced off all the estates interior! They didn't believe us when we turned up with SLR's intent on building photography!!
