The Cannon, U of Guelph

We spent the day in Guelph today and it was nice to be back. We met with our tenants, then I did some work in my office. We also had a great visit with friends. Back in Toronto, we had dinner out at Vivo to celebrate J's birthday and last night in Canada. He heads to Spain tomorrow!

Students paint the cannon, called "Old Jeremiah", at the U of G to bring attention to student clubs or causes. At the height of the school year, they camp out to lay claim to decorate it and the unwritten rule is that it stays decorated for 24-hrs. #WomeninStem is a group I'm happy to amplify!
