Hospital day 4

Not a good day. By afternoon J was needing a lot of oxygen and her temperature was worryingly high. The mobile x-ray unit came to her bedside and a chest x-ray confirmed a serious infection. Around teatime she was transferred to the critical care unit. It was an anxious night, though after two nights in an upright chair, I was grateful for the camp bed.
