Friends gone, washing done!

The rest of our friends departed today and have all arrived safely at home or their onward destinations. I was due to fly again today, but the wind at the airfield was too strong/gusty so that got cancelled.

However, there was a plus side as it meant that 5 sets of bedding and all the towels etc got washed and then dried outside in the wind today. Picture shows the last of the towels finishing off the drying process in the wind.

You cannot see wind, but you can feel it and see its effects! As I type this, the wind appears to have dropped so here is to hoping that flying tomorrow instead will be possible.
