Ruby Throated Hummingbird

The hummingbirds were very active in the backyard this morning and did a lot of chattering as well. They were a delight to watch when I know I should have been walking instead!

This is Mr Ruby Throated Hummingbird taking a rest on the Jasmine vine.

I started my virtual walking challenge of walking the 500 mile highland route through Scotland, starting & finishing in Inverness. Thanks to my MS it may take me as long as a year to do it but this will be a fun way to do my walking!

I confess to having been a couch potato this afternoon. I sat and watched Top Gun Maverick which became available for me to download. I was impressed. I don’t think sequels normally live up to the original but this did.
