Hay Ho! (aka Fields of Gold #5)

It was a dreich day to begin with but brightened considerably by late afternoon.  Conditions were now perfect for the farmers to continue their harvesting of their crops. 

I went out to capture the scene at the aptly named Hay Farm (see first extra).  The second extra brings Slains Castle closer into view. 

PS …  I have bowed to the weight of popular opinion, which I don’t do very often, and have promoted the second extra and given it top billing  ;-)
