Historically Farmland

Driving home from my book club meeting today, I noticed the highest stacks of baled hay I have ever seen; I don't know how they stacked those large bales so high and how they will unstack them. Of course, I imagine there is some big farm equipment that quickly does the stacking, but I wonder how it does it. Since this area is close to my home, I may see it being moved to its next location. 

I have Blipped this area before; you may remember this large area of farmland has been reassigned as Urban Growth land, so eventually, it will be bought and developed, which will mean more agricultural land is lost. :-((
