A puzzle to work out what’s going on here

It’s Evening. I have one elderly puppy princess snoring away to my left and one 11 week old puppy princess on my lap while I’m trying to finish my days clinic admin on my laptop. The latter is not anywhere near asleep but given she’s only 1day away from being with her real mummy, she is my lapdog tonight!
