Should have gone to Specsavers

We get a lot of birds colliding with our windows; especially, as in this case, woodpigeons.  They leave a ghostly imprint of their error on the glass which, on this occasion, had only been cleaned a few days previously.  Fortunately the pigeons do not seem to injure themselves and invariably fly off.  Sadly it is sometimes a smaller bird and they do not fare so well.  When we hear a thud we always investigate so that if a bird has stunned itself and needs time to recover we can protect it from Purdy.
