Eric was lounging on Bryony's lap....happy as....well, Eric ;)

....he's turning into a proper 'lapcat'.

In other news Uncle Anthony had his surgery today, so we've all been a bit on edge. Meg has very obviously been thinking about things because she didn't want to go to school this morning, she wandered across the playground with a faraway sad look about her. So as a treat this evening we rented a DVD, (Rise of the Guardians) and ate popcorn.

It was nice to chill out after another very busy weekend, Eric led by example.

Fingers crossed all the signs are that Anthony's op went really well....
