184 day of war

Good day, friends!

This Independence Day of Ukraine was probably the most important in our history. This war, the duration of which has already exceeded half a year, is a real proof of the status of an independent state.
We were warned that the Russians were preparing "gifts" for the holiday, so we prepared in advance to spend the day hiding from rockets. The first greetings began at 7 in the morning, the air alarm sounded throughout the country. In general, this day became a record for the number of air alarms, in just one day it was activated 189 times in total throughout Ukraine.
During these six months, we learned to live under new conditions, to withstand extreme stress every day and even somehow enjoy life. Sometimes a completely apathetic state sets in and I start trying to call a friend from Mariupol who has not been in touch since the beginning of the war. Every month there is less and less hope, but maybe his phone burned down and he is alive... I don't know, but I don't want to lose hope completely.

On the occasion of the holiday, in many cities, the destroyed machinery of the occupiers was exhibited in parks. Apparently, they do this to raise morale and strengthen faith in our victory. One of these exhibits was placed right next to my house, so we had time to go to see the equipment in the morning. In life, tanks and MLRS look very large and very complex. It is a pity that people spent their energy and knowledge on making tools for murder, instead of doing something for the benefit of society. It is difficult for me to adequately evaluate military equipment, in my worldview there is no need at all for wars and aggression, because I think that all problems between people arise from poor understanding of each other and everything can be agreed upon if we talk frankly
In any case, this exhibition has a good effect on people, children play and take pictures on tanks, and one feels that victory is inevitable and will definitely come someday.
The funniest thing seems to me is that we received the most military equipment from the occupiers) every day our army captures enemy tanks and uses them on the battlefield. This is how "demilitarization" turned out)

In a few days, my wife's birthday will be. For 2 months, I collected funds little by little, and I will be able to fulfill her dream. She wanted a synthesizer for a long time and this year it will finally happen. The war makes it clear that some things should not be postponed, because there may simply not be enough time
The idea of ​​selling t-shirts turned out to be successful, although it is not possible to earn much, but at least there is some profit. In general, it turned out to be a bit more complicated than I thought and took a lot of time. But it helps to spend time productively and give joy to people, because many good reviews are received, and also the profit helps to realize the dreams of relatives. Last week I had to work from morning to night, but I'm sure it was worth it.

We spent the last of our savings dollars to pay the rent for the apartment. On the one hand, in such a situation, a musical instrument may not be the first priority, but on the other hand, it is a great incentive not to be lazy and work hard. 10 years ago, when I started living on my own, every month passed like this, and every time somehow I somehow managed to pay all the bills, so this time I'm sure everything will be fine. In addition, we found a new point of delivery of humanitarian food, so we can save a little on food.

Цей День Незалежності України був мабуть найголовнішим у нашій історії. Ця війна, час якої вже перевищів пів року це справжній доказ статусу незалежної держави.
Нас попереджали що росіяни готують подарунки до свята, тому ми заздалегідь приготувались провести день ховаючись від ракет. Перші привітання почались у 7 ранку, повітрянна тривога залунала по всій країні. Загалом цей день став рекодним за кількістю повітряних тривог, всього за день її включали 189 разів сумарно на всій Україні.
За ці пів року ми навчилися жити за нових умов, витримувати надзвичайний стрес щодня та навіть якось радіти життю. Іноді настає зовсім апатичний стан і я починаю намагатися зателефонувати другу з маріуполя, який з початку війни так і не вийшов на зв'язок. З кожним місяцем надії все менше, але може у нього згорів телефон і він живий.. Я не знаю, але не хочу зовсім втрачати надію.

По нагоді свята у багатьох містах у парках виставили знищену техніку окупантів. Мабуть це роблять для підняття бойового духу та зміцнення віри у нашу перемогу. Один з таких експонатів поставили прямо біля мого будинку, так що ми зранку встигли сходити подивитися на техніку. В житті танки та РСЗВ виглядають дуже великими та дуже складно зробленими. Шкода що люди витратили свою енергію та знання на виготовлення знарядь для вбивств, а не зробили щось на користь суспільству. Мені важко адекватно оцінювати військову техніку, у моєму світогляді відсутня взагалі потреба у війнах та агресії, адже я гадаю що всі проблеми між людьми виникають від поганого розуміння один одного і про все можно домовитись якщо розмовляти досить відверто.
У будь якому разі, ця виставка гарно впливає на людей, діти граються та фотографуються на танках та відчувається що перемога неминуча і колись точно настане.
Найкумеднішим мені здається те, що найбільше військової техніки ми отримали саме від окупантів) з кожним днем наша армія захоплює ворожі танки та використовує їх на полі бою. Ось така "демілітарізація" вийшла)

За декілька днів у дружини буде день народження. Я 2 місяці збирав потроху кошти, та зможу виконати її мрію. Вона давно хотіла синтезатор і на цей рік це нарешті станеться. Війна дає зрозуміти що деякі речі не слід відкладати, бо може просто не вистачити часу
Ідея з продажем футболок виявилась вдалою, хоч і заробляти виходить небагато, але хоч якись прибуток є. Загалом це виявилось дещо складніше, ніж я думав і займає багато часу. Але допомогає продуктивно проводити час та дарувати радість людям, бо надходить багато гарних відгуків, а також прибуток допомагає втілювати мрії родичів. Останній тиждень довелось працювати з ранку до вечора, але впевненний що це було того варто.

Ми витратили наші останні заощадженні долари на сплату аренди кватири. З одного боку може у такий ситуації музичний інструмент не перший приорітет, але з іншої сторони - це чудовий стимул не лінуватися та працювати по повній. Років 10 тому, коли я починав жити самостійно, так проходив кожен місяць, і кожен раз якимось дивом вдавалося сплачувати всі рахунки, так що і на цей раз впевнений все буде гаразд. До того ж ми знайшли новий пункт видачі гуманітарки, так що ми зможемо трішки економити на їжі.
