Family hierloom

Begonia Cleopatra was a favourite indoor plant of my Mum and Dad. This plant graced their living room in Sydney 30 years ago. Over the years it may have been regenerated from cuttings, and eventually made its way to our house in Canberra. And now north to Lennox Head. Here in the sub-tropics it lives outdoors in our shade-garden, where it seems quite content.
