A welcoming space

These trees have sheltered and shaded my favourite lunch spot this summer. With the hot, sunny days, they have protected me from the worst of the glare, provided a calm spot to read, and been a welcome sight each day as I arrive by the lake. Thank you, trees. What would the world do without you?
