Blipmeet chez Orkney

Here's the lovely Tweedy and her Flora dog posing with the MV Alfred in the background. I hadn't appreciated how fresh off the boat she was going to be when we made our rendezvous so it seemed appropriate that it featured in the blip!

The weather has been kind today and we managed both a brief walk to the top of the island (Flora enjoyed a bit of a gallop through the heather!) and a stroll along a beach. Of course we were chatting too much to remember to take any pictures with beautiful scenery but hourly this will be OK!

I spent a couple of hours doing normal gardening of the gentle weeding variety this morning. Much more enjoyable than the recent heavy hoofing we've been doing. 

And then golf this evening. Just the two of us. It was very pleasant :-)
