Saga recipe

I have never tried a recipe from my Saga magazine before. But I really liked the look of the recipe for their Cauliflower and Cashew Pilaf Tray Bake. It had lots of different spices, rice, sultanas, lemon, onion and garlic as well as basic veg of cauliflower and green beans. It took a bit longer to cook than the recipe advised. But it was very tasty, accompanied by a light beer!
