Tide marks on the heath

These are not patterns on a sandy beach - this is the (parched grassy) heath, the day after heavy rains.  Such an odd sight as I walked across it this afternoon. 

Still feeling very fatigued today.  Had a decent work day though - and managed a walk this afternoon, primarily to collect a prescription for Tim, but I also carried on the long way round to see the heath and pond again.  Took quite a few photos on my proper camera, but decided this one from my phone is just too odd not to use as my shot of the day.
