Ridiculous seating!

Lincolnshire County Council in its wisdom (!) has bought 2 new seating areas placed in a busy road apparently to attract tourists to linger in Louth!! The said seating has been brought from abroad at the cost of £30.000. Utterly ridiculous. No consultation with local people or businesses and why would anyone want to sit in a road and breathe in fumes? A sheer waste of our money. there is a massive public outcry and protest. Not a great photo as the structures are ugly. Sweepstakes running as to how long they last!!! .
