Millom

Yesterday we came up to the Lake District for the first time this year. Our friends offered us their caravan so it was an offer we couldn’t refuse! Unfortunately they don’t have internet and I have been having a lot of trouble connecting my phone as a hotspot to my computer.
At Millom we had a long walk and saw quite a few birds including spoonbills but they were so far away that I couldn’t get them sharp. We missed a kingfisher by half an hour according to some other photographers. We waited for ages but no return visit!
I got a few good shots but with the internet problem I just took this quick shot from a hide near Millom.
