Dundonald Castle and Barassie Beach

A beautifully warm sunny day. We left home at 9.45 to drive down to Troon stopping at Dundonald Castle, home of Scots king Robert the 2nd, grandson of Robert the Bruce, on the way.
On next to Barassie Beach, for a lovely walk along the shore with views out to sea (in extra). Spent the afternoon with friends in their lovely garden before heading home for a quick turnaround and out to dinner with other friends. This week has been extraordinarily busy!
