Polish Crest and Plaque

The Plaque reads:

"In commemoration of the presence of General Wladyslaw Sikorski, Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Polish Armed Forces and His Excellency Wladyslaw Raczkiewicz, President of Poland. 1940 to 1946."

Located in the grounds of Tulliallan Police College.
