Colour

Nice to see something that is not burnt or totally dried out.

Das Straßenfest (the street party) was very odd.  I went with the idea of staying for an hour being nice and then just going home.  I find (usually) social gatherings are not easy for me - I really am quite shy.

However, I got there at just after 7 pm and got home just after midnight.  Mr Sociable.  Talked to loads of neighbours whose names I have instantly forgotten - I have no memory for names or faces, I just can't do that.

I made people laugh.  I engaged with them.  People quite like me.  I was surprised.
