Garden Time

Sam loves nothing more than being in the garden. He will happily play for hours. This leaves me with a problem as I cannot get on and do anything. I can only tidy the kitchen so many times....

I am sharing a biscuit whilst I take a cup of green tea.

Green tea has in no small way had an amazing effect on my life. I tried it for a laugh and four months on drink nothing else other than a coffee in the morning.

I have less headaches, I am eating less and women's problems are no longer at all what they were. Brilliant. I really like it as well.

I did drink a hell of a lot of tea and coffee though.

So there we go. I am hoping to go swimming tonight!
