Reading an article on Garden Birds in Outdoor Photographer so I've tried putting some seed out of sight in an effort to get the birds to perch on the fence top.  That seems to have worked so I'll have to try getting a more natural looking perch and better background for the next attempt. 

If you go large you'll see the dubious cloning around this one's feet!
