It’s a long way to the top

We’ll, not very high. We live in a converted bungalow so the roof is only one storey up. Bit high enough for me when going to clean the gully between our house and next door. (Picture of gully for reference, pre-clean last year)

Last year our neighbour helped with their ladder and I paid him in ice cream. Not a sustainable solution really so bought my own ladder and braved the climb. Job done (putting legs back over onto the ladder was the worst part). Jen’s Dad, as shown here, was helping me with holding the ladder and just generally checking I hadn’t gotten stuck up there!

Cleaned out for another year at least.
