Who needs a high viz vest when black is the new bright yellow?
Who needs a helmet when one is still young enough to have reasonably thick (and perfectly coiffed) hair? 

I saw him zigzagging between lanes without a care in the world. I think the in-ear headphones helped to blank out the furious beeping of the taxis. That would have wrecked his buzz.
