A Longer View Of Things

If I was to walk to to this church it would take me the best part of 30 minutes, and if I was to walk to where the floodlights behind it are, that would be at least 40. That's what my new camera can do. I think the amount of detail is really quite remarkable.

A weird kind of day work-wise. It ended up in a meeting where it was decided I'll be presenting some stuff at another meeting next week. I can't say I'm looking forward to it. There's a manager there who I sense is looking for some more teflon for his shoulders and I may be the perfect chap.

I shall not be walking meekly into this meeting though. I think I can be ganz klar (completely clear) in German and if I feel I'm getting railroaded, I'm just going to blimmen well say so. It is time, as my chum rxs would say to "man up Princess" but obviously in my case, really rather politely.
