Face of Jesus

with crown of thorns, painted by Ignacio Gómez Jaramillo, a friend of my father-in—law, in Bogotá, Colombia, around the 1930s.
I think it’s such an expressive work with those big eyes, geometric shapes, and thick patches of color. It is also very peculiar.
