Fun in the sun

Henry had a good morning at nursery - he spends Tuesday mornings in the next room because he's moving up there in June and seems to be getting on ok - he eats better there for a start, possibly because it's proper food and he's allowed to use cutlery rather than being spoon fed mush.

He fell asleep just as we got home, and I managed to get him into bed and keep him asleep, so we had a nap together. After that we went to the park - we haven't been to this particular one for about 6 months and Henry loved it now he can run around by himself! He spent a long time on the climbing frame going through a tunnel then going down the slide - he says "yeeee" instead of "wheeee"!

After that we shared an ice lolly which he wasn't very impressed with, then went home to make dinner. I made pizza dough first thing this morning and while I quickly made calzone, Henry enjoyed playing with some dough in the high chair. Usually if I take time making something from scratch he refuses to eat it but he ate almost all of it.

Exam tomorrow - eeek! Planning on a nice lunch and shopping trip afterwards to spend the vouchers from my birthday.
