A Mini treat

I ordered a mini oven which was to have arrived on Friday but delighted it arrived today  via Royal Mail in spite of the recent strike action - we have such a lovely Postman in the village. It’s a bit of luck too as I can cheekily use this blib  for the Tiny Tuesday challenge!  I am hoping to save some money on my electric bill by using a smaller oven.  I have a slow cooker too, so fingers crossed for more economical cuisine.
