Broadwalk Basker

I took a walk round Thursley Common today in search of subjects for Tiny Tuesday, and this dragonfly; a common darter I believe, posed nicely on one of the broadwalks for me.

Most of the broadwalks, where the best sightings would have been seen, were destroyed by fire in the Summer 2020, and water levels after this year's dry Summer were low, so it was good to see this one. In better news, they are beginning to rebuild, so hopefully next year we can walk across the wetlands again.
