Brief encounter

A wonky blip but with the poster it was the best of today’s shots.




I started the working day by submitting the end of month meter readings online . . . and got a shock when the energy company wanted me to increase the monthly direct debit by £129. I didn’t as I’m well in credit and have done some calculations of my own.

Then I cleaned the insides of the oven and grill doors. I wish I knew how to get the shelf runners out, and yes I have read the instruction book.

The afternoon was similar to yesterday. 6 books to the Oxfam shop then round to the market which was there today.

I decided that instead of a longer walk I should cut the back lawn as rain is due in a few days and I’ve been invited out tomorrow afternoon.
