Broadband disaster

We put a landline into our flat in Dunira and ever since the broadband has not worked. Despite multiple calls to our service provider it’s still not working. It feels like we’ve fallen into a big black hole of incompetence. Various solutions have been suggested but nothing seems to help. And of course they can’t send out an engineer until they identify the problem. And they’ve been on strike for 2 days. Hopeless.
