Humming-bird Hawk moth

I headed out to get a photos of the butterflies on the buddleja, and spotted this amazing moth. It's a Humming-bird Hawk moth, and it's the first time I've ever seen one so I was lucky I had my phone handy to grab a photo.

It's very sad at the moment as we grieve for our lovely cat, and so a moment of beauty like this was extra appreciated.
