This morning I made a big batch of pancakes for our next camping trip. The afternoon was errands and a routine blood test for me. We drove by the gingerbread houses while we were near there. They are so cute and I need to look up the history behind these homes. Such a unique little neighbourhood. (Another one in the extras). I also got some cookies made for our trip too.
