‘An Excellent Start to the Day!’

Went for another early morning jog a couple of times around the park today. 

There were lots of people there who - whether beginning mowing, opening up their takeaway shack, or walking to school - were making an excellent start to the day.

By the time I got home for breakfast around 8.30, I was beginning to feel I had too!
