Prickly heat

Absolutely beautiful out walking today. I had hoped to still find a thistle flowering for Flower Friday but here you have the dried out display which is rather handsome in its own right.

In the extras I have included some oleander and a beautiful little purple flower on a bush which I believe is called a Kangaroo Apple (Solanum laciniatum). These are abundant in Andalucia. Thanks bikerbear for hosting Flower Friday.
