Another Day

The Coast Of Dorset.

We awoke to sunshine today. A re visit with Alice and Tom to Westbay, where I went down on to the beach which is the top left corner with the massive cliffs, and the fine stone beach.
People were out walking and exercising their dogs, and fishing, as in the bottom left corner. The picture in the bottom right corner, is paint on a boat, pulled out to be cleaned. I liked the colours here.
The bottom middle picture, is a fossil from Charmouth, called an ammonite fossil, from the Jurassic coast line
The largest photo is the The Cobb at Lyme Regis, and this is where Meryl Streep was seen on the top walking in The French Lieutenants Woman. The Cob acts as a breakwater to the harbour.
The tide was out and the boats were sitting on the mud.
The colourful fishing nets were at Lyme Regis.
