This portrait was taken in the morning on my way to work. I mainly wanted to capture the shadows casted by the subject. Of course, the backdrop of St George's Church also helped.

As a kind of reward for bagging an early blip, I treated myself to an extra long run at lunchtime. I achieved a pretty lousy time, but it was a glorious day for a run.
