Sandwick

We drove down to Sandwick, walked along the beach and then along the footpath a wee way. Lottie loves it when she has both Mike and I with her! She hurtled up and down the beach, having a great time! 

Afterwards we took the van further down the island and sat and enjoyed the view while we had cheese and biscuits, a cup of coffee and some excellent dark chocolate ginger biscuits. 

A perfect little jaunt! The van is so comfortable and everything about it seems somehow easier and more straightforward than we are used to. Looking forward to an autumnal trip away in it!
